Conflict Management & Disruptive Passenger Restraint
Course
Aims: Disruptive passenger management, conflict management and
restraint training is rapidly evolving in the areas of public transport
(aviation, shipping and rail), private businesses, government meetings,
the health service and the education sector. Successful application
of conflict resolution skills and restraint techniques depends increasingly
on a firm understanding of concepts and demonstrated knowledge of a broad
variety of individual and team skills. Our highly qualified instructors
bring experience and aviation expertise to your course. Each course is
individually constructed to your specification to include best practice
in both conflict resolution skills and restraint concepts. The syllabus,
which blends theory with practical, will help participants learn how to
create more informed dialogue and action in aviation scenarios and settings.
This training is designed by experts in their field to appropriately arm
your staff with the correct skills to deal with disruptive passengers
whilst remaining within the law.
How will your business benefit? Our training allows your staff to better resolve conflicts through expert communication processes and a solid understanding of the theoretical basis of conflict resolution. This training package is enhanced further by unique hands-on training by our experienced conflict resolution and restraint instructors. In essence we aim to refine your skills in intervention, facilitation, negotiation, compromise and teamwork in order that you and your organisation are better prepared to deal with the threats of today, wherever or whenever they arise.
Course Length: The course is designed to fit your needs; our team will visit you and together you will decide on what you require and how best to construct your course to be cost effective and practical.
