Management:
Redline’s
company directors are all former military specialists and helicopter
pilots with experience and expertise in a variety of disciplines within
the security arena. Jim Termini is a qualified aviation security
manager and airline pilot and therefore has the inside track on aviation
security requirements. Mark Rawson is also an aviation security manager,
as well as being an ex-ammunition technician with IEDD experience.
Paul Mason is a former Army officer and expert defence consultant,
course developer and weapons instructor. Collectively the team have many
years of experience and expertise in a wide variety of high risk security
environments and situations. As a team, the directors of Redline have
been involved in military and anti-terrorist operations around the world
and have served together as Army pilots, sharing over 40 years of military
and security experience.
From different Army backgrounds, they have spent many years conducting specialist
training and teaching, with experience in countless aviation and security specialisations
from special weapons, anti-terrorist techniques and explosive disciplines, to
vehicle and building search techniques and counter insurgency operations. These
exacting disciplines and standards are to be put to use in the aviation security
and training products Redline now offers to the aviation security industry, where
‘preparing the last line of defence’ is fundamental to safeguarding
life and high value assets.
Our Staff: Redline’s staff and instructors are not just people that have walked in off the street and received security training in order to become qualified to deliver the training syllabus. All our instructors are experts in their own right and are recruited specifically from military, security or specialist backgrounds, thereby allowing us to offer unprecedented and forward thinking solutions to the current and evolving security threats to the aviation and wider transport industry. Additionally our expertise can be applied to other high value, high risk industries where ‘preparing the last line of defence’ may be the critical difference between success and failure for any would be attacker, criminal, thief or terrorist.
