Course Overview

This course is designed for those who are responsible for handling and reconciling hold baggage, including check-in staff, dispatchers, appointed persons and baggage loaders.

This course aims to familiarise delegates with the nature of the threat to aviation and the security measures in place to counter that threat, whilst understanding their role and responsibilities in relation to the HBR process and the applicable security requirements.

 Course Format

The course will be delivered using a combination of classroom instruction using presentations, discussions, exercises and practical-based training.
