Crisis Management Workshop (CMW)

Eligibility

The workshop is suited to middle or senior management level personnel of organisations within a State that have been assigned responsibility under that State’s National Civil Aviation Security Programme (NCASP) to form part of the crisis management element to respond to acts of unlawful interference occurring within that State.

Course Content 

The workshop covers a wide range of topcis, including:

• Introduction to crisis management
• Crisis Management background and concept 
• Crisis management planning
• Crisis management team and facilities

 Course / Workshop Format

The workshop will be delivered through classroom or virtual instruction using presentations, group exercises, discussions and practical exercises.

Assessment

There is no formal assessment for this workshop.
