The
primary objective of aviation security is ‘to safeguard passengers,
crew, ground personnel and the general public against acts of unlawful interference
perpetrated in flight or within the confines of an airport’. Aviation
security also seeks to protect aircraft and facilities serving civil aviation,
such as fuel, catering, air navigation facilities and the premises of listed
cargo agents against acts of unlawful interference. Aviation security officers
are employed ‘to prevent unlawful interference against civil aviation’.
Whether you work for an airline, airport authority or other civil aviation
establishment, and whatever your role within it, Redline Aviation Security
Ltd delivers security training courses that will enable you to develop,
implement and manage effective aviation security measures.
Our courses are tailored to our industry’s needs. We take into account the types of threat against your specific workplace, services and workforce, and where appropriate we can design bespoke training packages to address both current threats and evolving ones. Our expert trainers will provide you with the most up-to-date and comprehensive security training available.
Complete List of Redline Security Training Courses:
General Security Awareness Training (GSAT)
National X-Ray Competency Testing (NXCT)
Ground Security Staff Training
Recognition of Firearms and Explosives (RFX)
CAA Dangerous Goods (Awareness & Carrier) Training
Cargo Training (Dates to be confirmed)
Many of the above courses can be tailor made to your organisation and turned into a cost effective delivery methodology by use of professionally designed Computer Based Training (CBT). Use of CBT has saved many of our clients thousands of pounds by removing the need for classroom hire, instructors and valuable crew duty time; crews can be kept flying rather than spending time in a classroom receiving training. For further information about CBT products please call the office for quote.
