Redline provides a number of applications to support an organisation's Security Management System (SeMS). These applications are Add-ins to a core enterprise software framework: Redline’s Integrated Management System (IMS).

Redline’s SeMS Add-ins support all the routine security ‘doing tasks’, pulling together multiple inputs to create a dashboard-driven, Business Intelligence (BI) overview of performance and compliance, as well as risk exposure and vulnerabilities. This allows managers to be ‘one step ahead’ of the threat and maintain control of all risks through timely intervention and oversight of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).

How it works

Our SeMS Add-ins cover all levels of security activities from the actual tasks being undertaken, through to the executive functions of report, review and react.

Clients can take as many or as few of the SeMS Add-ins as required to support their existing SeMS. BI data generated by the SeMS Add-ins can be displayed on the Add-ins’ dashboard and used to generate reports, or it can be integrated into your existing BI software.

Redline SeMS supports digital tablet data entry for all tasks, dispensing with spreadsheets and repetitive reporting post-task, allowing for real-time reporting whilst undertaking tasks
Audit entry is supported by full data consistency, validation checking and guidance texts to ensure correct interpretation and completion of the audit questions
All audits, and any associated CAPs, are stored in a relational database allowing near real-time reporting and analysis at all levels, from site trending to corporate analysis of global and regional performance
