Depending upon your requirements, we can undertake all or part of the process, with the expertise necessary to conduct the following components of the training design cycle for instructor-led and/or online learning:

• Training Needs Analysis: The effective analysis of the training requirement, and determining the input and output standard is critical to the development of an effective training intervention
• Training Syllabus Creation: A comprehensive training syllabus provides the bedrock upon which a course is designed, ensuring that any training is efficient, effective and, importantly, standardised to achieve the desired outcome
• Course Design: Whilst the syllabus determines what the training is to achieve, the course design process creates the structure and material required by the instructor to ensure the learning objectives and outcomes are achieved in an efficient and effective manner, using a variety of training interventions to accommodate multiple learning styles
• Assessment: Assessments play a critical role in determining whether the training has been effective in equipping the learner with the appropriate knowledge and skills. These may be undertaken throughout the course and/or upon its conclusion in the form of multiple choice, written or practical observation

 We can create the content you require to address your learning needs, support you with the design and creation process as needed, as well as train your staff to deliver your content. We offer end-to-end project management, and all material is in accordance with ISO 9001 standard material and fully compliant with the requirements of the CAA QA Framework as well as technically SCORM compliant. eLearning material can be hosted on our Learning Management System (LMS), or yours.
