Modern Slavery Statement

Modern Slavery Statement

1. Introduction

This statement, made pursuant to Section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 (MSA), outlines the steps taken by Redline Assured Security Limited (Redline) to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and supply chains.

2. About Redline

Founded in 2006, Redline provides a wide range of government-standard security solutions spanning training, quality assurance, auditing and risk management software and our products are trusted by aviation, critical national infrastructure (CNI), event security, corporate organisations and governments globally. Redline is proud to be endorsed by the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) as the UK’s Aviation Security Training Centre (ASTC) and of our long-term relationships with the UK’s major airports, leading global cargo companies and several CNI clients.

Redline is a subsidiary of TrustFlight Limited.

3. Supply chain

As part of our contracting and procurement processes, Redline includes exclusions against the use of forced, compulsory or trafficked labour, or anyone held in slavery or servitude, whether they are adults or children, and Redline expects its suppliers to hold their own suppliers to the same standards.

Redline procures the majority of its goods and services from UK based suppliers and due to the nature of Redline’s business, the leadership team has assessed Redline’s exposure to modern slavery within its business and supply chain as low.

4. Policies relating to Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking

The following policies are available to all staff via Redline’s intranet:

  • Bullying and Harassment
  • Business Ethics
  • Code of Conduct
  • Diversity and Inclusion
  • Recruitment
  • Supplier Code of Conduct

5. Due diligence

In accordance with the company’s procedural manuals, Redline conducts robust due diligence when onboarding new suppliers to confirm compliance with our supplier code of conduct.

Payment policies ensure adherence to national living wage standards, minimising wage-related exploitation risks.

6. Risk assessment & management

Whilst the sectors in which Redline works generally present a low risk of modern slavery, the company continuously monitors geopolitical shifts, service areas, and supplier practices to re-assess risk levels.

7. Monitoring and measuring effectiveness

Redline maintains a risk register and its policies are periodically reviewed by the leadership team. Any issue, including those related to modern slavery, are raised through the established risk management frameworks.

Whilst Redline currently does not publish formal KPIs, tracking of supplier due diligence completion, training participation, and audit outcomes is ongoing and under development.
