Craig was appointed as Managing Director in November 2015, having joined Redline in April 2013 as the Head of Learning and Development. He is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development, and holds an MSc in Training and Performance Management, which underpins over 20 years’ experience in the design, development and implementation of training and organisational development programmes. Prior to Redline, Craig was the UK Head of Learning and Organisational Development for a large European civil engineering consultancy, where he led and project managed organisational learning and change management programmes in support of business growth and delivery.
Since joining Redline, Craig has led the way in the development of blended training courses, expanding our portfolio of e-Learning products, and the creation of client-specific products spanning single modules through to global multi-tier programmes. The client’s needs are placed at the centre of our thought process, balancing the regulatory requirements with commercial challenges to maximise the learning and organisational change outcomes required. This ensures that each delegate / client gains the knowledge, confidence and competence to perform their duties, and where responsible manage, supervise and guide others, effectively.
Craig ensures the business has the direction, resources and support necessary to grow and expand our increasingly global assured security portfolio, listening to our clients and our people to ensure Redline continues to develop and provide services, and create partnerships, to meet security requirements in an ever changing world.
