Paul has been at the helm of Redline since inception in 2006, guiding the business from a concept through to the internationally acclaimed security training, consultant, and quality assurance company that it is today. Redline spans all aspects of security training, consultancy, quality assurance and innovative software products to cater for the needs of tomorrows threats as well as big data handling, live data analytics and real time threat and risk management. In doing so, the company continues to provide forward thinking and crucial services to major UK and international airports, blue chip companies, and sites of special and national importance. Paul strives to put innovation at the heart of the business, where continuous improvement and technological evolution of its services and products align with the direction of travel of emerging threats, economic challenges and the needs of the sectors Redline support.

Looking forward, as Chief Executive Paul is rightly proud of the ‘outstandingly high standards’ across the entire company from its training, elearning, software and quality assurance departments who continue to pioneer changes to the way security is trained, tested, monitored and managed to the effectiveness and efficiency of the company as a whole resulting from its selfless administration and management teams who ensure that Redline staff and clients come first.  Redline continues to help the developing countries around the world to tackle the growing challenges the security industry faces, through the provision of cost-effective and robust security services and products.
